Juxin Leasing launches the "2018 All-Participating Learning Plan”

To improve the executive force, cultivate the creativity, increase the knowledge reserve and lift the comprehensive skills of the employees, Juxin Leasing has recently launched the “2018 All-Participating Learning Plan”. The combination of online learning and offline learning training could meet all the further learning and training management needs of the employees. It is helpful for cultivating the highly competent learning-oriented talents and developing a more excellent and efficient team.

“Learning online, efficient and convenient.” Juxin Leasing launched Juxin Leasing E Classroom, the e-learning online learning platform in 2017, with lessons provided covering the individual ability improvement, finance leasing business, legal policies, financial foundation and other knowledge. In the first stage, it is only opened to the management and the sales persons. After the content is constantly improved, recently, the access has been provided to the whole staff. On April 16, the company organized training for explaining in detail the platform application, lesion category, credits based check-up system, etc., to assist the employee in mastering the key points quickly and learning. Employees could learn online on computer or mobile applications, to learn in a repeated way whenever and wherever they are free.

“Classroom training and deeply communication.” Juxin Leasing has developed the sound training system, having the offline series training plan besides the online learning platform. To the pre-job training for the newly hired employees, specific persons are assigned to teach and guide them to help them quickly get to know their job and be competent for it. The training lessons will be included in the training plan with the other topics of the work, including practical professional skill training and professional quality, laws and administrative regulations. Juxin Leasing has introduced the internal trainer mechanism. It selects employees strong in professional skills and rich in practical experiences to be the part-time internal trainers, to spread the knowledge among all staff members. It has also organized the reading activities, providing books freely to encourage employees to read and write down their feeling after reading, to strengthen the communication among colleagues. Juxin Leasing is implementing the incentive mechanism, providing allowance to the employees having obtained professional certificates, in order to promote their passion for learning.
